Are You Insured?

Yes, we are! We actually carry double the recommended coverage for your peace of mind and ours. If you need proof of insurance simply email us at info@obviousservices.co.uk and we’ll gladly forward you all relevant documentation.

What Areas Of London Do You Cover?

We cover all postcodes in Greater London and we are happy to cover nearby areas too.

What Hours Do Your Pros Work?

We work Monday – Sunday starting at 7am until late.

How Do I Book With Obvious Services?

All you have to do is click book now, enter your relevant details and within 60 seconds you’re on the way to have a spick and span household. We’ll reply on the same business day confirming the appointment and arrival time. Also, you can call 0203…. for live help or chat with us.

Am I Required To Enter My Payment Information?

Yes, we do require payment as confirmation of your professional services online booking. We do not charge your card until after your professional clean has been completed.

How Does Payment Work?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payment cards, however we are unable to process any pre-paid cards.

All online payments are processed via our secure payment system, Stripe, where your card details are encrypted for security purposes.

Do You Have Other Methods Of Payment?

Yes, we accept varies payment methods which include:

  • Cash Payment
  • Bank Transfer to our company’s bank account
  • Card Payment over the phone

How Do I Use A Coupon Code?

You can add your coupon code during the booking process before you add your payment details.

How Do I Get A Receipt For The Service I Have Received?

All our receipts and invoices are done electronically, so as soon as the job completed you will get a receipt to your email address.

What Is The Minimum Clean Time?

We have set a minimum booking time of three hours for cleaning services, this allows for a meaningful clean of your home to the standard that Obvious strives towards.

Do I Have To Sign A Contract?

We want our clients to want to use us. You are never required to sign a contract.

Can I Reschedule Or Cancel My Appointment?

As long as you give us enough notice – normally 24hrs in advance, we would be happy to re-schedule your booking for the most convenient date. You can do this by contacting our office during our working hours. Also, you can email us at info@obviousservices.co.uk.

If cancellations or reschedules made the day of your appointment, or we cannot gain access into your home, you will be charged 100% of your appointment cost.

Do I Have To Be Present For A Cleaning?

No, absolutely not! It’s your choice to stay around or go out and take advantage of your free time. Just leave us a key and we’ll get your house cleaned! Obvious Services is here to make your life easier.

What Happens If Something Is Damaged?

In the unlikely event that your Cleaner causes any damage/breakage in your home, you need to inform us within 48 hours of your cleaner’s visit for us to be able to help.

Please provide proof of damage, including photos & full details of the damage/breakage.

Are You Cleaning Teams Pet Friendly?

Definitely! Our cleaning teams have been trained on how to treat dogs, cats and other pets. We’re a pet friendly cleaning service.

Do You Use Non-toxic Cleaning Products?

Yes, we do! All cleaning products used by Obvious Services are eco-friendly and completely safe for you and your pets.

Do You Provide The Cleaning Materials?

Not as a standard so you will need to provide a vacuum/mop, cleaning cloths, a sponge/scour, toilet cleaner, limescale remover and an all purpose cleaner at a minimum. You can add on product packages at booking so that your cleaner will bring and replenish those as and when required for an extra fee.

Do You Move Furniture When Cleaning Carpet?

Our friendly operatives always try to move furniture around so we can clean as much space as possible, but be aware that sometimes there are furniture which is not possible to be moved and we also stick to the health and safety policy.

How Many People Will Come To Clean My Home?

A team of 2 people is our standard, sometimes an extra team member can come when needed. However, we do send a team of 1 person when the job is small (Studio/1BR/Touch-up jobs). This will be mentioned to you prior to your cleaning.

What Happens If I Am Not Happy With The Service I Received?

Obvious Services offers a 100% Guarantee for those scenarios where you are not 100% happy with our services. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours of the service in question. We will send an Obvious-Cleaner back to handle any issues, free of charge. No questions asked.
